🔎 Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working candidates with strong English communication skills and solid office proficiency to support our content management services for international clients.

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Support localization and production of self-paced content (PDFs, videos, guidebooks) through machine translation, review, and formatting

  • Proofread and quality-check localized materials to ensure alignment with standards and learning goals

  • Leverage GenAI tools for translation validation, voice-over generation, and layout enhancement

  • Assist with content uploads and tracking across online platforms and internal systems

  • Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders on content review, updates, and final approval

  • Support go-to-market activities, including captions, social posts, and content distribution

  • Monitor and report content performance using analytics dashboards and insight tools

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and promotion effectiveness

✅ Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in content editing, localization, or training content operations

  • Strong writing and editing skills in both Vietnamese and English

  • Interest in or basic familiarity with AI-assisted tools

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and priorities

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-learning, video tutorials, or self-paced learning content

  • Understanding of AI applications in content creation, translation, and data analysis

  • Basic design or multimedia editing skills (Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint)

  • Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and a mindset for continuous improvement
